National vocal competition at Sarasota Opera House today

SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) - Today the final round of the National Vocal Competition for high school singers begins.

This is the fourth competition offered by Schmidt Vocal Arts.

16 teenagers from all over the country and right here in Florida will meet at the Sarasota Opera House where they will be judged by panels of renowned singers and coaches.

It begins at 1pm Sunday. ABC7 will be there to capture the winner.
