Suncoast weather hit’s the mark for Christmas Day. High pressure is in place and that means we’ll see lots of sunshine for the big day. The high will be 71 with a low of 53 and these temperatures are just about seasonal.
A cold front just off the coast could bring a some severe thunderstorms onshore this evening. The front is slowly moving towards the east and have lots embedded thunderstorms some of which could be severe.
The weather is warming up but there’s also rain on the way. High pressure moves off the coast of northern Florida and on the backside of that high the winds will turn to the southeast and bring in warmer air.
