Kenneth Adams, 33, and Brittaney Williams, 25, were arrested Thursday afternoon and each charged with two counts of Aggravated Abuse and Neglect of a Child with Great Bodily Harm and two counts of Aggravated Abuse and Neglect of a Child without Great Bodily Harm.

Democrat Andrew Gillum wants to increase on public education by a billion dollars by raising taxes on corporations and raising teachers' wages to at least $50,000 a year. Republican Ron DeSantis also wants to put more money into classrooms by looking for efficiencies while also expanding school vouchers which would help lower income students attend private schools.
