VENICE, Fla. (WWSB) - For 14 years, Made in Italy has been a beloved staple on West Venice Avenue, serving up authentic Italian favorites to locals and visitors alike. But now, they are stepping out of the kitchen and inviting you in.

ABC7’s Alyssa Perry visited the local hotspot to get a firsthand look at their popular cooking classes, rolling up her sleeves to learn the secrets behind their famous, fresh-made dishes.

The restaurant is gearing up for its next highly anticipated cooking class in October. Designed for food lovers of all skill levels, the upcoming event features a curated four-course menu made entirely with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Beyond their weekly classes and adult chef camps, Made in Italy is also expanding its catering footprint. The venue features a private backroom perfect for hosting personal events, and for those wanting the Italian experience brought right to their doorstep, their fully mobile kitchen and bar can bring the entire restaurant experience directly to any location.

To round out the weekend, the restaurant also hosts live music every Friday and Saturday night from 9 p.m. to midnight.

For more information on booking their mobile kitchen, private events, or to reserve a spot in the upcoming October four-course cooking class, visit Made in Italy at 117 West Venice Avenue or check out their website.
