Mindy Banks, known as The Flip Flop Chef®, has been sharing recipes and her love of cooking for more than 27 years. A Georgia native, she now lives in Sarasota with her husband, Keith, and twin boys, Christian and Connor. She enjoys helping home cooks make great food without making it complicated and shares her recipes through social media and YouTube.
