Sugar shock: Chocolate maker unveils 121-pound Easter egg

LONDON, Fla. (WWSB) - Just in time for the Easter holidays, Cadbury World has unveiled that they’re calling the world’s largest Cadbury Mini Egg, called the Mega Mini Egg.

Three Cadbury World chocolatiers handcrafted the egg over the course of two days. The egg stands more than 2 feet tall and weighs a whopping 121 pounds – the same as an adult cheetah, Cadbury World announced in a news release.

The egg is finished with a pastel pink sugar-coating crisp shell and subtle speckles scattered across the surface.

“It’s been so rewarding seeing it come to life, and we can’t wait for visitors to come and see it in person this Easter,” chocolatiers Claire Fielding said.

The one-of-a-kind chocolatey creation will be on display at Cadbury World near Birmingham, England, throughout the Easter holiday.
