South Lido set to reopen by mid-March

SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) - South Lido Beach is anticipated to reopen by mid-March, according to county officials.

Sarasota County Recreation and Natural Resources Director Nicole Rissler provided the update on the facilities that remain closed following the 2024 hurricanes on Friday, Feb. 21.

While South Lido Beach is anticipated to reopen by mid-March, others remain closed.
