Meals on Wheels Plus of Manatee County provide meals to seniors

SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) - Meals On Wheels Plus of Manatee County helped spread a little holiday cheer by delivering food to those in the community it serves.

The community came together to serve nearly 500 homebound seniors in the area. Volunteers handed out a delicious traditional Thanksgiving meal.

Ian Black Realty sponsored the Thanksgiving delivery bags, Out-of-Door Academy made adorable placemats, and many community volunteers helped to load and deliver the meals today.
