SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) - The impact of a southerly flow of April air will be felt across the Suncoast for the next three or four days. The warm morning starts to the day and then muggy afternoons will be the trend through the weekend.

A sea breeze is likely every afternoon and a few showers will build on the sea breeze each day, although the rain chance is not that great. Of the few showers that form inland, a couple of those could drift back toward the coast during the late afternoon or early evening.

Most of us will not see any rain as the showers will be isolated. Days will be mild and humid in the mornings and warm and muggy in the afternoons.

On Monday the front will sink south and clear Florida by the end of the day. This will trigger a greater chance for showers for all, near the coast and inland. Once the front passes the skies will clear Tuesday and winds will shift. Drier air will move inland and humidity will lower for several days.
