SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) - Warmer temps move in Tuesday, along with strong winds out of the South that develop starting Wednesday. That strong wind will also bring more humidity back to us. Tuesday and Wednesday are dry, then we’re tracking a cold front that could bring a few thunderstorms as early as Thursday night or Friday. There’s still some uncertainty regarding how fast the front will move into the Suncoast, as well as how far south it will move through Florida. By sunset Thursday the front and the rain may still be mainly in northern Florida. Friday still gives us a better chance for rain, then the moisture could push back north Saturday. The last of this front could then move in Sunday with a few more storms. This front and the timing for the Suncoast will become defined as the front gets closer this week.
