Boater in Venice finds car submerged in water, person inside

SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) -The Venice Police Department is on the scene of a death investigation at the boat ramp.

According to police, a boater discovered a vehicle submerged in the water off the Venetian Waterway Park. First responders discovered a deceased individual inside. The boat ramp will be closed while we conduct our investigation.
