SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) - The Sarasota-Bradenton International (SRQ) Airport is ramping up safety measures as part of it’s ‘Fly Safe’ program.

Airport officials have installed three no-contact temperature taking kiosks throughout the airport.

It’s designed to rapidly scan and detect people with body temperatures 100.4 degrees or more.

The temperature check kiosk is voluntary and doesn’t replace other safety measures already in place at the airport.
