SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) - Floridians struggling to keep a roof over their heads during the pandemic will have yet another month of relief.

Governor Ron DeSantis signed an executive order on Wednesday extending the moratorium on mortgage foreclosure and eviction relief.

The previous order was scheduled to expire this weekend.

The new extension is scheduled to expire on September 1 at 12:01 a.m
