SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) - Tomato Gazpacho from Sage

1.5 # Ripe Tomatoes

1 Cucumber, Peeled and Deseeded

1 Red Bell Pepper, Deseeded

4 Cloves Fresh Garlic

1/2 Cup Spanish Olive Oil

2 tablespoon Dry Sherry

Dice all the vegetables and place in a blender. Blend on low for 15 seconds then on high for 30 seconds or until smooth.

Season with salt and garnish accordingly in a chilled bowl or glass.
