SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) - “Bacon, Bacon, Bacon Burger”

2 -1# Packages Sliced Raw Applewood Smoked Bacon

1.5# Fresh Ground Top Sirloin

1 TBLS BrewBurger’s “Pixie Dust” Seasoning

10 Slices “Texas Toast”

5 Slices Cheddar Cheese

BrewBurger’s Creamy Bacon Mustard – to taste

Shaved Lettuce

Sliced Tomato

Shaved Red Onion

Sliced Hamburger Pickles

Place Beef and 1 Package Bacon in Freezer for 1 Hour –

Cook Remaining Package Bacon – Set Aside - Reserve Drippings

Slice Meat into 1 inch Strips

Using Meat Grinder with Large Grind Plate Grind Bacon and Sirloin

Mix Together with Seasoning

Make Burger into 5 Patties

Grill Both Sides of Bread in Bacon Drippings

Grill Bacon Burger on High Heat – Cook Through

Top Each Burger with Two Slices Bacon & 1 Slice Cheddar – Melt Cheese

Dress Toast with Lettuce, Tomato, Onion & Pickle

Top with Burger

Drizzle with Creamy Mustard
