SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) - Gov. Ron DeSantis will send an emergency team to Oklahoma to help with major flooding.
The nine-member team will be deployed to assist local operations. Widespread flooding has impacted thousands of residents impacted by widespread flooding along the swollen Arkansas River.
During Hurricane Irma, Oklahoma sent an 11-person team to the Tallahassee area to help with local disaster response.
