Two men arrested in North Port after drugs and guns were found in search warrant

NORTH PORT, Fla. (WWSB) - Police have arrested two men after searching a home in North Port this week.

Police executed the search warrant in the 5600 block of Brickell Drive on Thuesday, finding drugs and guns. While on scene, police say the post office delivered a box containing four pounds of marijuana, 223 grams of THC wax, and 50 THC vaporizer cartridges.

In total, police say their search uncovered two hand guns with extended 30 round mags, several boxes of ammo, 243 grams of THC wax, 12 grams of cocaine, liquid codeine, 97 THC cartridges and four pounds of marijuana.

Bryan Vanskiver, 24, and David Chesser, 19, were charged with multiple drug, drug sales, and drug equipment charges.
