Frontier starts new service from Tampa to Raleigh-Durham

TAMPA (WWSB) - Starting May First, Frontier Airlines will offer non-stop flights from Tampa International Airport to Raleigh-Durham International Airport.

The airline announced the new service back in January.

Along with Tampa, Frontier added seven other destinations: Columbus, Jacksonville, Philadelphia, Boston, Hartford, Albany and Long Island.

The eight new flights operate once a day and only three or four days a week.

The addition of those eight destinations means Frontier is now flying non-stop to 32 places from Raleigh-Durham, which is more than any other airline.
