- 2 oz Siesta Key Toasted Coconut Rum
- ¾ oz Cointreau
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- 1 ½ oz pineapple juice
- Dash of nutmeg
- Wood chips
- Smoking Gun
- Wine Decanter
- Add all ingredients into shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 45 seconds.
- Smoke a wine decanter with a smoking gun and wood chips until filled with smoke.
- Pour wine decanter ingredients into martini glass and top with nutmeg
