VIDEO: Rare footage of a Barred Owl rescued by Sarasota firefighters

SARASOTA, Fl (WWSB) - If you think your week was interesting. The Sarasota County Firefighters received an unexpected call to rescue a Barred owl out of a tree.
On Thursday, crews from station eleven were called to rescue the owl, who was tangled in a fishing line.
Firefighters had to use a ladder to reach the owl and free it in order to spread their wings.
The wildlife center of Venice also helped out and the owl was safely removed.
