Ingredients for Grapefruit Martini
- 2 oz. Grey Goose Vodka
- 1 oz. St Germaine liquor
- 3 ea. Tender basil leaves
- 2 oz. fresh ruby red grapefruit juice
Instructions for Grapefruit Martini
In a tall mixing glass, muddle the basil leaves and St. Germaine. Add Ice, vodka and juice and shake until very cold, pour through a bar Strainer into a chilled martini glass. To garnish use basil leave and smack it in-between your hands to release the essential oils.
Ingredients for Raspberry Chandon Ice
- 2 oz. Absolute raspberry
- ½ oz. house sous vide simple syrup
- 3 oz. Fresh raspberries
- Splash of organic cranberry juice
- Top with a float of Moet & Chandon Ice Champagne
Instructions for Raspberry Chandon Ice
In a tall mixing glass, muddle simple syrup and raspberries. Add vodka, juice and Ice, Top with the float of champagne and garnish with some frosted berries.
