  • ¼ Cup Strawberry Jam
  • ¼ Cup Cassis Liqueur
  • 2 Cups Pitted Bing Cherries
  • 1 Cup Strawberry Halved
  • ½ Blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp. Grated Orange Rind
  • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 3 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
  • Best Quality Pound Cake (I’ve Included a Lemon Pound Cake Recipe)
  • Mint Leaf Garnish


In a saucepan, bring Jam and Liqueur to a simmer until melted. Add fruit and orange rind to jam mixture and poach on low heat for three to four minutes. Slice pound cake into one inch slices and place on plate. Spoon fruit mixture onto pound cake and top with whipped cream. Garnish with whipped cream and mint leaf.
