Slightly more humidity today will make the afternoon feel sticker. Over the next few days the humidity will continue to rise and rain chances will be going up. Today isolated afternoon showers may visit the coast as well as inland locations but the chances for showers will be below seasonable averages.
On Sunday more showers and storms will be in the forecast with more widespread coverage.
The area of disturbed weather east of the Lesser Antilles as become the 2nd named storm of the season. It is now Tropical storm Bertha. We do not expect to see much with this system as it will curve out into the Atlantic before ever making a United States landfall.
