Stormy weather heading our way as an area of energy will be spinning our way on Friday from the Gulf. This system is expected to bring a good deal of clouds along with showers and a few thunderstorms moving in from west. This system has the potential of developing into a tropical system as it exits into the Atlantic over the weekend.
After some dry air has moved in on Thursday, it is being replaced with some very moist air. This is expected to stick around through Saturday. Some slightly cooler air will move in on Sunday. We will still see some storms on Sunday but not as much as Saturday. The weekend should not be a wash out by any stretch.
There is some possibility of tropical development over the next 5 days off the E. Coast of FL. Edouard is spinning in the open waters of the Atlantic and weakening.
