« Village de Chefs.com   » is at the basis a French site, with, obviously, many texts written in this language. Four our many American readers, our texts will increasingly be both French and English.

It comes from the French association “Le Club des Chefs des deux Hémisphères” founded in 2007 thanks to the friendship between three persons based in three countries. Marie Anne Page (France), José Martinez (Florida), and Didier Corlou (Vietnam), are founding members.

The association brings together (outside France, as per it status) Chef owners, Hotels Executive Chefs, independent chefs and culinary teachers who have the same approach: to value, in a personal, simple and friendly way the treasures, in products and cultures, they have discovered abroad.
