It seems that Florida law is interpreted and implemented differently depending on what county an event occurs, how politically connected individuals are, how competent the judicial system regarding competent attorneys and dedicated judges. Recent case in point is the bite case in Miami by the dog of a politically affiliated individual; bite was very severe (in the face) the dog was released to the owner. In the Manatee County case, only one dog bit the boy (who provoked him with his bike) but the boy could not remember which one; he required 7 stitches on the leg and went camping/hiking the following weekend. Because they did not know which dog bit the boy, both were killed. Justice?
