The Power of Music and the Reluctant Sniper

  • 0

WWII Soldier, Jack Leroy Tueller, had a great talent for music even on the front lines. About two weeks after the D-Day Landing, Tueller was told not to play his trumpet one night for the safety of his fellow troops; there was a remaining German sniper still nearby that they didn't want to alert. Jack, however, decided to play a love song for the lone German soldier who he knew was out there and just as afraid as he was.

Watch Jack, this 90-year-old war veteran, retell his remarkable experience from WWII. Watch and be inspired!
