This is more of the usual deceptive anti-vitamin propaganda. These anti-bashing arguments and "studies" are little more than distortions of the true facts. The medical orthodoxy, along with their sponsored mass media, have been telling the public distortions and lies about the benefits of supplements for decades. And they do it not just blatantly but by intentionally designing scientific "studies" to fail vitamins.
The propaganda culture never stop spewing out disinformation on supplements so most people believe this misinformation instead of checking things out a bit more for themselves. For a worthwhile article revealing many of this misleading hype by both the popular media and the medical establishment google/bing "2 Big Lies: No Vitamin Benefits & Supplements Are Very Dangerous by Rolf Hefti"

Early detection of breast cancer has been found in many sound studies to NOT notably reduce the mortality from breast cancer, but this practice results in large overdiagnosis, causing enormous harm to millions of healthy women (read Rolf Hefti's ebook "The Mammogram Myth: The Independent Investigation Of Mammography The Medical Profession Doesn't Want You To Know About" ). A pap smear for breast cancer, allegedly detecting breast cancer "years before it shows up on a mammogram" will INCREASE this needless damage to healthy women without any meaningful benefits to show for. If the medical profession's theories about breast cancer, including their genetic notions, weren't so unscientific, this hailed new approach would maybe make a tiny little bit of sense...10 months ago
Women should be (although most of them are not going to be) extremely suspicions of this new study. Here is why...
If you knew that the most influential pro-mammogram studies are significantly flawed, that large well-conducted studies showed no significant reduction in breast cancer mortality from the use of mammography use, that the pro-mammogram scientists have tendency to minimize and disregard the serious risks of mammograms (Kopans, co-author of this new study is one of them), that (almost) all pro-mammogram studies are performed by researchers with vested interests -such as Kopans (read the ebook "The Mammogram Myth: The Independent Investigation Of Mammography The Medical Profession Doesn't Want You To Know About" by Rolf Hefti), would you conclude that this new study is credible and reliable?
