Sarasota, FL (June 21, 2016) - Stottlemyer's Smokehouse will celebrate one year of its delicious food and fun-loving atmosphere this Friday and Saturday, June 24-25. In an effort to give back to the community who has supported and encouraged them, the Smokehouse family is offering a line up of live music, drink and food specials, a pig roast, gift raffles, and outdoor games.

Steve Stottlemyer opened the Smokehouse in 2015 with his wife Terry, both of whom you can find greeting guests at the restaurant on a nightly basis. "We have had an exciting first year and a large part of that is due to the unbelievable quality of musicians we have been fortunate to feature here weekly. People love the old-Florida setting and the outstanding barbecue, and the music scene may be without parallel on the West Coast of Florida. We are so grateful to our patrons, our friends and the community and hope to serve them for many more years to come," said Stottlemmyer.
