Spring officially arrived on the Suncoast at 6:26 AM with a chilly but clear sky. Running about 7 degrees below average in the morning hours we will be much closer to average by afternoon. The air is still day and because of that will cool easily but also warm quickly.
Over the next few days we will warm only a few degrees by mid week as we watch a cool front approaching the area. This front will move in from the northeast with little moisture to work with. Don't expect much rain out of this backdoor cold front as rain chances are only 20% on Wednesday night into Thursday day. It will be the only chance for showers this week.
