Shrimp & Scallop Dumplings

Ingredients:

· 6 oz scallops, diced

· 6 oz shrimp, diced

· 3 Tbs corn starch

· ½ cup scallions, minced

· 1 Tbs ginger, minced

· 3 cloves garlic, minced

· 2 tsp sesame oil

· ¼ tsp pepper

· 36 wonton skin

· 2 Tbs vegetable oil

· ¾ Cup water

· ½ cup sweet chili sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

1. mix shrimp, scallops, corn starch, scallion, ginger, garlic,sesame oil and pepper in large bowl

2. Make wontons individually with approximately 2 tsp of filling each. Use water to moisten edges of wonton skin to seal

3. Heat oil in a large skillet and place wontons inside. cook for about 2 minutes

4. Add ½ water to hot skillet and steam dumplings for about 4 minutes

5. Serve with sweet chili sauce and enjoy
