High pressure building into the Gulf from the Atlantic coast will bring a day similar to yesterday. Expect morning clouds produced by some upper level energy above the central Gulf waters. No tropical development would be possible there, despite a subtropical depression in the central Atlantic.
By the way, that early season subtropical depression will not last long and will not bother anyone. It is however a rather rare April event.
On the Suncoast we can expect a only a slight chance for drizzle or sprinkles late in the day. Otherwise lots of sunshine are in the forecast with a high in the mid 80's.
