FT. PIERCE, Fla. - The Manatee High Hurricanes continued their dominating play in 2012 by shutting out the previously-undefeated Central Cobras 51-0 Friday night, setting up a rematch of the 2010 final four game against St. Thomas Aquinas.

Manatee QB Cord Sandberg threw 4 touchdown passes to receiver JaJuan Pollock and one to running back Travon Walters.  Walters also ran in two touchdowns to give the Cobras their first loss of the season.

The Manatee defense was dominating once again, as they shut out a Central team that averaged 36 points a game this season, forcing two turnovers that Manatee turned into touchdowns.

Manatee (13-0) will travel to Ft. Lauderdale on December 7th to play St. Thomas Aquinas (11-2), who ended Manatee's undefeated season when they last played in the 2010 State-Semifinal game.

Manatee has won their last 25 games, including the 2011 Class 7A championship game.
