Jaguars mascot takes paintballs to settle bet

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - In a bold move by the mascot of the team widely considered the worst in the NFL, Jacksonville Jaguars mascot Jaxson DeVille stood up for his team by placing a little wager with the Indianapolis Colts mascot last week.

According to USA Today, DeVille agreed on a wager in which the losing mascot of last Sunday's Jacksonville/Indianapolis game would stand 10 yard in front of a paintball gun and be pelted with the number of paintballs equal to the total points scored.

The Jaguars lost 37-3, so DeVille was forced to withstand 40 paintballs — and withstand 40 paintballs he did.
