SARASOTA, Fla. - And then there were two.  Port Charlotte and Hardee managed to advance to Regional Finals games next week, but Manatee High got knocked out of the playoffs by a school they've eliminated from the playoffs the last two seasons.

In Ft. Pierce Friday night, Central High got their revenge on Manatee with a 17-15 win over the Hurricanes.  Manatee was plagued by penalties all night long and were hampered by the loss of starting quarterback Josh Meyer in the 1st quarter.

Port Charlotte continued their most successful postseason ever with a 35-0 win over Melbourne.  They advance to a game against undefeated East Lake High in Tarpon Springs next week.

In Wauchula, Hardee High defeated Booker 20-7 and advance to a game hosting American Heritage out of Broward County, who is ranked #3 in the state Class 5A poll.
