Social Security benefit increase lowest since '75

WASHINGTON - Social Security benefits will be going up for 58 million Americans, but not by much.

The increase will be 1.5%, the lowest since automatic increases began in 1975. 

What are the underlying causes of this, and how will Suncoast recipients cope with the financial shortfall?  ABC 7 Reporter Bobeth Yates is on the story.
