NORTH PORT, FL - A popular gaming center has closed, again.

Police officers shut down the Spin Depot earlier this week after saying the business was not in compliance with the state law that bans internet cafes.

Spin Depot's owners do not agree. They say it's not an internet cafe, and they were operating the business within the context of the new law.

7 South Newsroom Reporter Josh Taylor is taking a closer look at the situation that has patrons left with no place to play.
