Cherry Cheesecake Ice Cream

Beat the summer heat with this deliciously refreshing Homemade Cherry Cheesecake Ice Cream. This can be made without an ice cream maker and requires no major effort at all. You'll only be rewarded with a yummy ice cream that you can enjoy the whole summer through and beyond!


  • Half a block of an 8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened*
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream (double cream)
  • 1 1/2 cups half-and-half (light cream)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 10 ounce jar maraschino cherries, well-drained, chopped*
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
