Looking for a simple and delicious dessert? This Applesauce Bundt Cake with Pecan Swirl tastes every bit as good as it looks.

Ingredients

  • Swirl
  • 6 ounces low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans

  • Cake
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spices
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups cane sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted or olive oil
  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup applesauce

  • Topping:
  • 1/3 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/3 cup confectioner's sugar
