Bradenton, FL (WWSB) – It is once again safe to swim at Palma Sola Beach South. The no swim advisory has been after water tests confirm the beach area is once again safe.
The advisory was issued on September 8th after a water quality test indicated swimmers may face an increased risk of infectious disease.
Florida Department of Health in Manatee County now reports that levels of enterococci bacteria are within Environmental Protection Agency guidelines.
Manatee County conducts beach water quality monitoring through the Healthy Beaches Monitoring Program.
