14 year old Bradenton teen leads deputies on car chase

BRADENTON, FL-  Manatee County Sheriff's Deputies ended up in vehicle chase after a 14 year old teen allegedly stole a vehicle.  It happened Monday evening at the 1500 block of 27th Ave East.  According to a deputies report the teen's mother reported her vehicle stolen by her son early Monday morning.  Later that day deputies spotted the vehicle driving on 27th Avenue east. 

When they attempted to pull the driver over, the juvenile fled from the deputies and a pursuit was initiated.  The pursuit traveled approximately one mile with speeds reaching 70mph.  The teen was arrested and taken into custody.
