SARAJEVO, Bosnia-Herzegovina (AP) — Hundreds of people are lining Sarajevo's main street to pay their respects as coffins carrying the remains of 175 victims of Europe's worst massacre since World War II pass by.

Some tucked flowers into the canvas hiding the coffins of the Srebrenica victims, others prayed silently as the truck stopped briefly Wednesday in front of Bosnia's presidency.

The remains were found in mass graves and identified through DNA analysis. They will be buried on Friday — the 19th anniversary of the massacre — in Srebrenica, next to 6,066 previously found victims.

Near the end of Bosnia's 1992-95 war, Serb forces overran Srebrenica on July 11, 1995, executed over 8,000 Muslim men and boys and hid their bodies in mass graves.
