ENGLEWOOD, FL (WWSB) - An Englewood man found a $20,000 ring on Siesta Key beach and was able to track down the owner.
Terry Miller and Ron Tapley have been metal detecting for years and two weeks ago they found the diamond ring buried in the sand.
Miller took it to get appraised and found out it was worth almost $20,000 dollars.
Miller saw a post about a missing ring in a lost and found Facebook page and asked the woman to send a photo of the ring she was missing.
The ring the woman was missing ended up being the ring they found and they were able to reunite the owner with it.
