MIAMI (AP) - Authorities say a woman is dead following a South Florida house fire.
The Miami Fire Department reports that crews responded to the home Wednesday. Firefighters found the 56-year-old woman unresponsive in the rear bedroom. She was taken to a nearby hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
Homicide detectives are investigating.
