TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Tallahassee Police have released the 911 call from the maintenance man who discovered the body of Samira Frasch in her pool. Samira Frasch, a model from Madagasgar and mother of two, was found dead in a pool at her Tallahassee home in the Golden Eagle subdivision on Saturday, February 22, 2014.
Buddy Whitlock, the attorney whos representing her in her divorce, says his client and her husband Adam Frasch had just started the proceedings. Samira had temporary custody of the couple's two small children. Adam Frasch, a local doctor, was supposed to file a motion to visit the children but he never did. Authorities found Adam and the children over the weekend in Panama City.
He was arrested and the children were placed with child protective services. He's facing two counts of interference with child custody and he's being held without bond. Today, authorities brought Frasch back to Leon County, where he was processed just before 3:00 p.m. at the Leon County Jail.
Autopsy results are still pending.
