TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - New details emerging about the French model who was found dead over the weekend in her home pool.
Samira Frasch's attorney Buddy Whitlock says she and her husband, Adam Frasch, were going through a divorce and had just started proceedings.
She had temporary custody of the couple's two small children.
Adam Frasch was supposed to file a motion to visit the children but never did.
Whitlock also said he was legally carrying a gun because he was worried about his safety.
The model was found dead at her home on the 8300 block of Inverness Drive Saturday.
The children along with the victim's husband were found over the weekend in Panama City.
46-year-old Adam Frasch is still being held in the Bay County Jail, charged with two counts of interference with child custody.
The local doctor is expected to be extradited back to Leon County some time thus week.
Deputies are still trying to figure out what role, if any, he had in his wife's death.
Her cause of death is still under investigation.
