MADISON CO., Fla. (WTXL) - At approximately 6:10 p.m. on Monday, May 5, 2014, Madison County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) deputies responded to a call from a homeowner about an unknown suspicious woman looking around their property. Deputies say the woman (later identified as Lisa Marie Gordie) left in a black Dodge Truck just before deputies got there. According to deputies, the homeowner told them the woman had asked her if she had any scrap metal that she could have.
Deputies soon located the black Dodge truck driving nearby, pulled it over, and found that Gordie was the driver and a man identified as Jonathan Michael Williamson was the passenger. While speaking with Gordie and Williamson, deputies say they saw Williamson conceal a sunglass case between the passenger seat and center console. Deputies recovered the case and say it contained Methamphetamine residue, 2 syringes and two cut straws. MCSO says Williamson claimed ownership of the illegal drug items. Deputies conducted a probable cause search of the Dodge truck and discovered two shotguns and a .22 caliber handgun that was concealed between the driver seat and the center console.
Both Gordie and Williamson were placed under arrest and transported to the Madison County Jail. Once at the County Jail, deputies say Gordie became physically violent and grabbed the deputy's holster in attempt to get the deputies gun. Gordie began to fight with deputies and was restrained without injury.
