TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- The Florida Department of Transportation wants your input.

FDOT is hosting a public information meeting on Tuesday, May 27. It's about the proposed improvement projects to Apalachee Parkway (State Road 20), from North Monroe Street to Capital Circle Southeast in Leon County. The meeting will help "notify local governments, affected property owners, tenants, and the public of the proposed transportation improvement project."

Improvement plans include resurfacing, paving shoulders, repairing sidewalks and upgrading pedestrian signals. Representative from FDOT will be on hand for any questions.

The meeting is Tuesday, May 27 from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the SpringHill Suites (1300 Executive Drive).
