TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) -- Almost a month after her body was found floating in a pool, deputies are saying that Samira Frasch was murdered.
The Leon County Sheriff's Office made the announcement at a 3 p.m. news conference Wednesday but they would not say if her husband, Adam Frasch, was a suspect
Adam Frasch is still in custody at the Leon County Jail for violating the terms of his release. After Samira's body was found, Frasch was charged with interfering with a custody agreement, when he was found in Panama City with the couple's two children.
The Leon County Sheriff's Office said Wednesday that it is not releasing how Frasch was killed in order to protect the investigation.
Law enforcement officials have talked to 130 people as part of the investigation.
