VENICE - Venice Police arrested one woman and are still looking for another in connection to a violent theft at a liquor store last month.

Police say the store clerk at Brindley's Liquor and Gourmet Store saw Ayesha Hill and Heather Harris allegedly stealing from them. When he confronted the women, he says they hit him and ran.

Police were able to track down Hill through a rental car in Sarasota.

Hill is charged with theft. Police are still looking for Harris.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the Venice Police Department.
